Certificates of graduation (Diplomas)

Certificates of graduation are issued in maximum 12 months from the date of graduation.

Appointments for collecting the Certificate of Completion of the Preparatory Year are made at the following email address: andrian.macari@uaic.ro

• The following documents are needed:

  • Passport (original) plus birth certificate (copy) for foreign citizens. If applicable, the marriage certificate or another document proving a name change is also required.

  • Notarial power of attorney, if the study document is collected by someone other than the holder. In this case, the authorized person must present their identity card or passport (original) and must have copies of their own identity document as well as copies of the graduate’s identity documents. The notarial power of attorney must be drafted according to the requirements and checked in advance by a member of our office. The notarial document must be superlegalized at the Romanian Embassies in the country where the power of attorney was drafted, or have the Hague Apostille, if that country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention.
