Final Exam – September 2025 Session

The final exam for the preparatory year of Romanian language for foreign citizens, is intended for students who, for valid medical reasons proven with official documentation, were unable to take the exam in the July session, will take place on:

4 September 2025

The exams will be held in person, in Building G, campus.
The schedule of candidates by committees and exam rooms will be posted on 3 September 2025, on this website, after 15:00.

Important. Mandatory email pre-registration request

Students who, for valid and documented medical reasons, were unable to take the final exam in the July session and who intend to participate in the September 2025 session must send a pre-registration request (click here) to express their intention to take the exam.

The request must be sent by email to andrian.macari@uaic.ro
Submission period: 21–27 August 2025

Medical documents must be attached to the email and submitted in original form during in-person registration, between 28 August and 3 September 2025.

Confirmation of Eligibility

Requests will be reviewed, and students who meet the eligibility criteria will receive confirmation between 1 and 2 September 2025, after 15:00.​​
